A few things I love . . .
Below are a collection of a few things I'm ubberly passionate about.
West Coast Swing
West Coast Swing is a popular form of swing dancing that has spread across the world, and it's an element in my YA debut novel. You may have seen it on So You Think You Can Dance. Part of the appeal of WCS is that it's so adaptable, and the dance itself creates room for lots of improv. My favorite dancers to watch (besides my coaches, of course) are Tatiana Mollman and Jordan Frisbee. Click the vinyl to see a video of them!
On my old blog (and currently on my new blog), I've always loved sharing any industry knowledge and answering questions that pertain to the writing industry. I get it, so much of the process feels like it's swallowed in the whisper network. I also understand that everyone's experiences are so vastly different. With that said, I love to help how I can. Scroll to the bottom of any page and email me and subscribe!
Are you surprised? Ha! I've been telling myself stories for as long as I can remember. As well as story telling, I really love supporting writers and authors. If you need a helpful eye, please subscribe to my website and fill out the contact form. Also, there are so many cool pitch contests on twitter for aspiring writers looking to publish traditionally (such as #DVPit, #PitMad, ect), reach out. I'd love to retweet.
